Access
Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival. The front door will have a Yale punch code lock. Simply push your code in and hit the check mark symbol on the the lock and the door will unlock. Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS. 4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected. 5)Please remove shoes 6)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Wonderful stay, the apartment was very clean and well-appointed. Brand new everything, beautiful gas stove. It's small but cozy and comfortable, perfect for 4 people. It's close to the historical attractions, 10-20 minute walk. It happened to be raining the days we were there so we Ubered some too, it was an $8-12.00 to any place we wanted to go including to the ballpark, so very easy to get around. We also had a car, it was so great to have a designated parking at the apartment. We found it easier sometimes to leave the car as parking downtown was hard and there was a lot of towing going on, knowing that the car was safe back home was a real plus. Gabriel is an amazing host, he responded immediately and was there to accommodate anything we needed. Definitely would stay again if I ever find myself in Philadelphia! This property was very cozy for my family. Everything listed in the description was readily available in the home for our convenience. The host was very efficient and helpful. My children (ages 3 and 6) enjoyed their stayed. The location was perfect for our stay. All children’s attractions were a 15-20 minute drive. Overall, a comfortable experience. Definitely recommend.
